The assembly department is equipped with plates mounting machinery with magnifying cameras so as to ensure maximum printing quality. The C.I. printing presses prints up to 8 colours as well as interchangeable sleeves for quick production changes and nonstop duplex rewinders and unwinders for maximum production performance.

The printing quality is monitored automatically by a 100% digital system. The paper carrier bag machines are able to produce each size from 18 to 54 cm wide, with punched handles, and flat and twisted paper handles.

The printing ink is water based and is mixed by a fast and precise inkmaker. The mix is very flexible and adapts to several types of paper thanks to the use of a concentrated paste.

The work of the employees is facilitated by equipment that avoids them having to do any lifting and modern materials such as carbon fibres are widely used.
